Old Dominion Trail Rides

Old Dominion Trail Rides is located in South-Central Virginia.  We are Charlotte County's oldest trail ride adventure.  Our horses are gentle friends that will carry you quietly around our scenic trails.  You will travel through open fields, wooded paths and over creeks.  It is always a treat to see the occassional deer, owl or hawk as they exist in their natural habitat. Come and experience nature from horseback.

What We Do

We offer 1 hour trail rides for riders 10 and over, and pony rides for those that are under 10.  We match riders up to the appropriate horse according to their riding level. We give a brief lesson to aquaint each rider with their horse and then off we go!  We will continue to guide and instruct during the trail ride as needed.  Our goal is to provide fun, enjoyable horseback riding experiences for people of all ages.
