With over 50 years of combined experience in the horse industry and the great outdoors, we offer memorable, guided horseback trail rides at affordable prices. What a great way to spend time with your family, with that special someone or even on your own. We happen to live in a state that has many scenic places and lots of outdoor activities to offer. Many of these places, however, can only be reached on foot, by bike, or by horseback.
Why not take the opportunity to see the Virginia scenery that is not so easily reached and missed by many! Our horses can take you there. They are well mannered, gentle and trail-wise. Camping, boating, hiking and biking are offered through the State Park's consessions for a well rounded weekend experience. Helmets are provided and shoes with a 1" heel are recommended. No open toed shoes, sandals or flip-flops are allowed.
We offer trail riding safety courses, on our horses or yours. Trail riding is a fast-growing, favorite among today's horse people. Let us help to show you how, when and where to do it courteously and safely. Whether you are new to horses or you just want to "brush up." Our course is complete with great information and mounted tests. Auditors are welcome, too!
Our guides are CPR and first-aid certified!
*absolutely no alcohol or illegal drug use will be tolerated. Only good, clean, family oriented activities and fellowship is allowed.
